Challenges faced
It’s a common truth that renovation works are usually more challenging than new projects. But then, there’s where we deliver our best work.
The unique challenge before the renovation experts was to design intelligently so as to maximize space and the house owner was keen on optimizing every nook and corner. Existing bathroom had chronic seepage issue. The roof top pergola had to be lightweight and complement the outdoor landscaping for architectural unity.
Our approach
At the outset, we had a clear blueprint for executing the task. All new additions were to be carried out in a way that integrates seamlessly with the existing structure, reinforcing the structural integrity and aesthetic harmony. We prioritized easy maintenance and durability over sheer visual appeal in the flooring area. The captivating outdoor retreat was designed to appear as a natural extension of indoor.
We ensured safety and functionality in the stair area, which was the focal point of the home’s interior with a sleek glass railing design. Be it the shoe rack or storage cabinets, we decluttered the ground floor by maximizing space without compromising style. The bedrooms received a makeover with new ceilings, aluminum glass sliding doors, and custom-built cupboards, fusing comfort with sophistication to create a tranquil space for rest.
As we neared the interior design project, the house wore a new look sans all chronic issues. Throughout this project, our team’s dedication to craftsmanship, attention to detail, and innovative solutions ensured the renovation project aligned with customers’ vision.
